In addition to offering guided float trips and guided wade trips, we are an authorized dealer for Winston, Echo 2 Rods, and St. Croix Rods, Galvan Reels, and the valley's exclusive dealer for Elkhorn Rods and Reels. Our fly inventory has grown to over 600 innovative patterns from some of the most respected companies in the business. We also have the streamside accessories you need--all at great prices. CFS is locally owned and operated, serving both locals and visitors to our great Roaring Fork Valley. We cater to experienced and novice fly fishermen.
We are glad to share our local knowledge and are committed to giving the kind of individualized attention that can sometimes get lost in bigger shops. WE'VE STILL NEVER RAISED OUR PRICES! For 2009, our prices are 10-20% less than the big shops in our valley, and 20-30% less than non-local guides from the Vail Valley who guide here. You can get a local room and a guide here for the same price, and spend more time on the river instead of on the road to and from Vail/Silverthorne.
